Raspberry Pi Cases

Our original case design updated for 2022.  This case fits Raspberry Pi 4B Single Board Computers.  Fits all Raspberry Pi 4B models including the new 8GB version! The case has an opening allowing the GPIO 40 pin ribbon cable to pass out the side.  The CPU, RAM and USB controller are all heat sunk to the housing.  Case is fully CNC machined from 6061 aerospace aluminum.

Introducing the Galactic Case for the Raspberry Pi 5.  This case features a new fin design offering massive passive cooling with an aerospace look and finish.  There are precision threaded holes on the bottom of this case for mounting to DIN rail or bolting to other assemblies.  A Polycarbonate button is designed into the case allowing actuation of the new power switch on the Raspberry Pi 5.  It also transmits light from the indicator LEDs thru the button.  The case has an opening allowing the GPIO 40 pin ribbon cable to pass out the side.  There is a thin slot and internal relief cut into the upper housing to allow a ribbon cable to pass thru for the PCIe port.  The CPU and Power Management IC have contact heat risers to pull heat into the housing.  The Galactic Case is fully CNC machined from 6061-T651 aerospace aluminum and includes all Stainless Steel hardware, a tube of thermal grease, hex key for assembly, adhesive feet and super soft, electrically insulating ceramic/silicone thermal interface material for the Power Management IC riser.

The Phineas Case was designed for massive passive cooling in a clean modern design.  It fits all Raspberry Pi 4B models including the new 8GB version! There are precision and threaded holes on the bottom of this case for mounting to DIN rail or bolting to other assemblies.  We also engineered the case with 2.5mm holes that allow the PWR and ACT LEDs to be clearly seen!  The case has an opening allowing the GPIO 40 pin ribbon cable to pass out the side.  The CPU, RAM and USB controller are all heat sunk to the housing.  The Phineas Case is fully CNC machined from 6061 aerospace aluminum and includes all Stainless Steel hardware.

Solid Copper Version of our original Maker Block Case!  It fits all Raspberry Pi 4B models including the new 8GB version! There are precision holes on the top and bottom of this case for mounting all sorts of things.  Build up projects right off of the case!  Unused holes also allow some air flow to help with cooling.  The case has an opening allowing the GPIO 40 pin ribbon cable to pass out the side.  The CPU, RAM and USB controller are all heat sunk to the housing.  Case is fully CNC machined from Solid C110 Copper Bar!  Our copper cases are pure bare copper and will develop a patina over time.

NOTE:  This case is made from solid, raw, uncoated C110 copper bar.  This copper is over 99.9% pure and WILL TARNISH.  There may be some tarnish even when brand new.  This is the nature of pure copper.  This tarnish is very easily removed with household copper and brass cleaner or polish.  Clear coatings may keep it shiny looking but will lower the thermal and electrical performance and cannot be polished up later.
